Breathe write with Lucy presents a monthly Journaling and Breathwork Workshop here at Healing Haven on the first Thursday of every month at 7:30pm
Join Lucy for an evening of introducing you to breathwork and journaling. Lucy will guide you to connect with yourself and connect with your breath. There will be a simple & gentle journal flow alongside some deeply relaxing and harmonising breathing techniques. These powerful practices together will support you to release and let go, soothe and calm your nervous system. Lucy aims to create an environment for you to feel at ease, safe and relaxed. A place where you can develop a real sense of peace, comfort and kindness within.
For the workshop you will need your comfy clothes, your journal/notepad and pen. We have yoga mats, blankets and pillows at Healing Haven.
