Starting Yoga this September in Poole

School is back in session for the children, which means that it’s time to renew your routine. After a summer full of road trips, BBQ's and beach days, you’re finally seeing a quieter diary and the time to get back to the things that make you feel good! Have you considered yoga?

You are probably here reading this because you would like to start yoga, you’re not sure where to begin, you’d like to meet likeminded people.

At Healing Haven, we pride ourselves on making our studio a welcoming place for you to come regularly, no matter your yoga ability, whether you are new or you have been practicing yoga for a while.

In our classes, you will have the opportunity to:

Increase your flexibility in your tight hamstrings, stiff hip flexors, achy shoulders and back

Build strength in your muscles

Bring clarity to your mind with a regular practice

Feel an overall shift in your mental clarity and happiness

Improve your sleep

Increase your energy levels

Protection from injury if you are getting back to other activities this September as well

But where to start? There are so many classes on our timetable, so much choice, which one is for you? Don’t let the different styles put you off. We recommend starting with one of these classes

Vinyasa Yoga on Mondays at 10am with Lorna

Mens Yoga on Mondays at 7:30pm with Amy

Beginners Yoga on Tuesdays at 6:15pm with Lovisa

Vinyasa Yoga on Thursdays at 6:15pm with Zoe

Slow Pillow Flow on Friday at 7:15pm with Lillie

We hope this helps point you in the right direction but if you do have any queries, whatever the query, you can always email us at hello@healinghavenpoole.com

We can't wait to see you. Loving Kindness, Lillie at Healing Haven
